Research notes

Was made in 4 variants throughout the 1960s, but with the same box showing a metal antena; variant 1 (1961-1963) had metal feet and legs, smaller television screen, clear mask, golden eyes that are closer to the front of the mask, tin battery cover, small u shaped hands, and diamond shaped metal radar dish. Variant 2 (1964) had plastic feet with three ridges on the front, and a plastic battery door. Variant 3 (1965-1966) had red plastic circular antenna, plastic battery door and feet, but metal legs. Variant 4 (ours) (1967-1969) had plastic legs, large C shaped hands, a slightly larger TV screen, a red plastic hole for the antenna to go into, a rose tint facial mask, a slightly different color band for the mouth, the eyes are more set to the back of the head, and the trimming of the control panel is gray instead of it being a light sky blue.
